Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. You can also choose FedEx, or UPS during checkout. For our US and Canada customers, shipping is complimentary for orders over $1,000. Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. All packages are insured and you will be provided with the tracking number after we ship your order. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged separate shipping fees. Items on special order will take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-884-7227 or by email.

If you'd like to ship your order in countries other than Canada or USA, this option is also available. Please contact us for details. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it could happen, so please allow additional time for delivery.

In your order details you can also specify whether you would like standard mail, priority or first class mail. If no preference is specified, we will ship using standard mail. Local pickup is also available.

Please note that if you notice that the package you receive is damaged, you need to refuse the package, and it will be returned to us automatically. If you accept the damaged package and want to return the item, you will have to pay return shipping.
