All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. For our US and Canadian customers, Standard shipping is complimentary. While trackable Shipping costs are about $7 we recommend purchasing.
Due to COVID-19, there are some delays from Canada Post. The parcels might take longer than expected time
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Once shipped you should receive a Shipping Confirmation with all of your order information, including a link to track your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. All packages are insured up to $100 and you will be provided with the tracking number after we ship your order. (included in trackable shipping) If you like to buy additional insurance on the amount of shipping we can do that with a $2 per $100 value.

If you’d like to ship your order to countries other than Canada or the USA, this option is also available. Please contact us for details. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it may, so please allow additional time for delivery.
In your order details, you can also specify whether you would like standard mail, priority, or first-class mail. If no preference is specified, we will ship using standard mail.
In-Store pickup is also available.
Please note that if you notice that the package you receive is damaged, you need to refuse the package, and it will be returned to us automatically. If you accept the damaged package and want to return the item, you will have to pay for return shipping.
