They took every measure to make sure I was comfortable with leaving the rings with them, and completed the task in 4 hours. When I got them back, I saw that they added the extra step of adjusting my center diamond prongs elegantly so that the wedding back could sit flush (after a decade of banging them together). Louis did a great job working on my jewelry and I would highly recommend this place!
